Amanda Joy
Amanda Joy is an empath and intuitive by nature. She is a soft place to land and a safe place to cry. She has always been the friend to hold space for others and offer the compassionate understanding to see life through a different lens. She is a warrior of light and a survivor of life-shattering trauma. It is through this trauma that she was given the greatest gift, the realization of her purpose and passion.
Over the past decade Amanda Joy has evolved from the depths of darkness, existing in pure survival mode, to embarking upon the quest of the ultimate healing journey. Emerging from the safety of the cocoon and learning to relive a life that was unknown to her previously.
It is through this journey of immersive yoga teacher trainings, plant medicine, breathwork, reiki and the studies of somatics that she has crafted her own alchemy of healing. Amanda has held space for hundreds of others as they transition through the darkest moments into the remembering of self-love, self-compassion and ultimately joy!
She has been hosting international retreats for 9 years and knew as soon as she stepped onto the yacht last January that she would be sharing this life changing experience with others! She is fueled by witnessing women rise and cannot wait to share her passion on the open waters of the BVIs!
